We’re looking for registered healthcare professionals to join our Clinical Scrutiny team, supporting candidates applying to join the British Army. This non‑patient‑facing, full‑time permanent position involves 37.5 hours per week and offers a hybrid arrangement with an assigned office in Upavon, Brighton, Coventry, or Cardiff.
What you’ll be doing:
* Review candidates’ medical records and declarations
* Make clear, evidence‑based clinical decisions in line with military standards
* Complete assessments and documentation accurately on our systems
* Work to daily and weekly targets within a structured, supportive team
What we’re looking for:
We seek individuals who demonstrate strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, and who are comfortable working in a target‑driven environment typically managing around eight cases per day. They should be confident in making sound clinical decisions and applying professional judgement consistently.
* A qualified Healthcare Professional with current UK registration (e.g., NMC or HCPC), with no restrictions on practice
* Post‑registration clinical experience as a nurse, paramedic, or physiotherapist
