We are expanding our London operations and seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Registered Care Manager to lead our care team and ensure excellence in service delivery. The Role As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, supporting staff development, and maintaining the highest levels of care and safety for our service users. Key Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and inspire a growing team of care professionals * Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies * Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing staff development * Manage care plans, assessments, and service delivery to ensure high-quality person-centred care * Build strong relationships with service users, families, staff, and external partners * Drive continuous improvement and support operational growth within the London region * Ensure accurate reporting, record-keeping, and effective rota management Requirements * Must be registered with the CQC or eligible to register as a Domiciliary Care Manager * Proven experience in a senior role within domiciliary or community care * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities * NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) What We Offer * Competitive salary (DOE) * Supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities * Chance to shape and grow our London domiciliary service * A positive, values-driven working environment with real impact on people’s lives
