Job Overview
We are looking for a PCN Prescribing Pharmacist for 37.50 hours per week at E16 Health.
Responsibilities
- Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and long‑term condition (LTC) advice.
- Deliver safe clinical decisions and expert care while collaborating with a multi‑professional team; drive innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Independent prescribing qualification.
- Ability to apply effective clinical judgement, prioritisation and decision‑making.
- Previous general practice experience desirable.
