Key Responsibilities:
* Client Interface & Project Coordination: Act as the focal point between Resources, Product Service Lines (PSLs), and third-party contractors.
* Planning & Scheduling: Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans, including logistics, equipment mobilization/demobilization, and well program reviews.
* Financial & Contractual Management: Accountable for project profitability, budget control, and managing contract terms and conditions.
* Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and service quality standards, including documenting incidents promptly.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to inter-PSL dependencies, performance-based contracts, and operational hazards.
* Reporting: Deliver regular, high-level, and technical, reports to internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress.
