Rural Property Solicitor (1-4 PQE)

The Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Rural Property Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join a market-leading Rural team in Aberdeen.
You'll work closely with an L500-recognised Partner and a team of nationally respected lawyers on a broad range of rural property matters, including estate purchases and sales, agricultural tenancies, renewable energy projects and land development transactions.
Play an integral role in managing client relationships, contributing to business development and helping shape the continued success of this top-tier department.

The Work
* Acting on behalf of estate owners, land managers, farmers and commercial developers
* Advising on complex rural property transactions including purchases, sales and leasing arrangements
* Supporting renewable energy and natural capital projects, including wind, hydro, and carbon initiatives
* Collaborating with private client, real estate and corporate teams on cross-departmental matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to team growth
Your Experience
* 1-4 years' PQE with a background in Rural Property or Real Estate
* A genuine passion for the Rural sector and/or agricultural law
* Strong technical and drafting skills with a commercial and client-focused mindset
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, high-performing team
