We are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Team in pulling together tender response opportunities that fall within the warehouse and transport division.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Commercial Team with financial appraisals and tender submissions.
Maintain and update internal pricing models, data tools, and warehouse rate cards.
Lead cost modelling for new warehousing opportunities and present findings to stakeholders.
Contribute operational input for RFI/RFP/Tender responses.
Track and update the weekly opportunity pipeline and tender log.
Engage with customers to gather information required for accurate quotations.
Build strong working relationships across internal teams and key partners.
Assist with ad‑hoc warehousing modelling using 3D visualisation tools (training provided).
Attend site visits or customer meetings as needed.
Support additional commercial tasks and work to agreed deadlines.
Qualifications / Skills:
Previous experience with Tender pricing, modeling and analysis
Experience of Warehousing, Transport and Logistics (Preferred)
Familiar with operational P&L's
Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills
Comfortable and professional in client‑facing situations
Strong attention to detail
Stakeholder Management
High level of communication skills, both written & verbal
Comfortable liaising with site and finance managers
Demonstrates adaptability and finds constructive solutions
Able to manage workload effectively to meet deadlines
Good understanding of commercially viable opportunities
