Marketing Manager | Multi-Site Food Retail Brand | North West (Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a well-established, fast-growing multi-site food business to appoint a Marketing Manager in a newly enhanced role.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of marketing across a heritage brand with a strong retail footprint, while helping to shape its next phase of growth across digital, in-store and wholesale channels.
The Role
You’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategy across:
* Multi-site retail (driving footfall, local campaigns, promotions)
* Digital channels (social, content, e-commerce growth)
* Product launches and seasonal campaigns
* Brand development and positioning
* Trade/wholesale marketing support
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with real scope to make an impact quickly.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in retail, food, QSR or FMCG environments
* Proven ability to deliver campaigns across both physical locations and digital channels
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
* A proactive, “roll your sleeves up” mindset
