We’re looking for an inspiring and adaptable SEN Teacher to join a fantastic specialist school supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs — including autism, complex learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Planning and delivering creative, personalised lessons to meet diverse learning needs
2. Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support holistic progress
3. Using tailored strategies and sensory resources to engage and motivate pupils
4. Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates every achievement
5. Tracking progress and contributing to EHCP targets and reviews
What We’re Looking For
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Experience teaching pupils with SEND (ASD, PMLD, SLD, or SEMH)
8. A flexible, nurturing approach and strong behaviour management skills
9. A team player with patience, empathy, and a good sense of humour
10. A passion for inclusive education and supporting every learner to succeed
