Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.
What you’ll do
1. Support the ongoing development, management and communication of the risk, issue and breach management frameworks.
2. Implement the respective management processes for Consumer and SoHo sole trader items, which will include reporting and tracking of action plans and risks
3. Responsible for ensuring risks, issues and breaches are updated within the appropriate management systems.
4. Support the collation of reporting packs for meetings and forums
5. Reviewing MI on Compliance performance to identify issues for remedial action
Who you are
6. Experience in risk management and adherence to process and documented procedures.
7. Operational Reporting and Management
8. Knowledge of Risk & Compliance Frameworks and practices
9. Ability to write clear, simple and relevant reports for use by a variety of stakeholders, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
10. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise work effectively, make sound decisions with sometimes limited information
11. Drive to research and improve skills
12. Ability to analyse & interpret information quickly and accurately
