Role: Key Account Manager
Location: County Down

The Role:
* Develop and implement customer account plans aligned with business growth strategy
* Negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with key partners
* Deliver solutions that meet customer needs and internal business objectives
* Drive sales and margin performance through strong commercial insight
* Lead short, medium, and long-term forecasting and planning
* Manage product cycles and limited editions efficiently
* Present category insights and contribute to tender opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams on orders, production, NPD, quality, and logistics
* Maintain CRM database and build effective business relationships at all levels
* Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions
The Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification in a business-related discipline
* 2–5 years’ experience in key account management within FMCG (chilled food experience preferred)
* Proven sales record with a customer-centric approach
* Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
* High energy, results-driven, and solutions-focused
* Excellent organisational and commercial awareness
* Experience in proposal preparation and collaborative customer engagement
