Job Description
You will:
3. Provide generalist HR support across four Northern UK offices
4. Advise on employee relations, performance, sickness, and return-to-work cases
5. Coach managers on fair and effective people practices
6. Lead and support regional HR initiatives and projects
7. Collaborate with Talent Management Leads and HR colleagues
8. Analyse and present people data (e.g., MI reports, engagement surveys)
9. Mentor and support the HR administration team
10. Contribute to process improvements and cross-team collaboration
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor should have:
11. Proven experience managing employee relations and coaching line managers
12. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
13. Confidence in handling sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism
14. Analytical ability to interpret people data and present insights clearly
15. A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and locations
16. Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems
17. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
18. Adaptability and initiative in a fast-growing, change-driven environment
