Location: Nuneaton, CV10 Shift Patterns (Fixed Shifts): Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 14:00 Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 22:00 06:00 Pay Rates: Day Shift: £12.39 per hour (standard); £18.58 per hour (overtime) Night Shift: £15.00 per hour (standard); £22.50 per hour (overtime) Key Responsibilities: Operate VNA trucks safely and efficiently within a high-rack warehouse environment. Pick, relocate, and replenish stock at various heights. Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly. Assist with general warehouse duties, including manual handling and heavy lifting. Achieve productivity targets while upholding stringent standards of safety and accuracy. Essential Requirements: Valid and in-date VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent accreditation). Recent, demonstrable experience in operating Very Narrow Aisle trucks.
