High Level Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Supply Role (New Milton)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and enthusiastic High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in New Milton.
Working with pupils aged 11 to 16, you will play a key role in helping young people develop confidence, resilience and a love of learning.

Role
As a HLTA, you will provide high-quality classroom support, working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and ensure students are fully supported in their learning.
You may also lead small group sessions, deliver targeted interventions and, where needed, cover classes with confidence and professionalism. This is a full-time supply position, running from 8.30am to 3pm, with finish times varying slightly depending on the day of the week.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
