We currently have an opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team based in the South West. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our communities, stakeholders, and customers. You’ll lead initiatives that foster engagement, trust, and collaboration across our service areas.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop and implement community engagement strategies
* Represent South West Water at public events and forums
* Collaborate with internal teams to support outreach activities
* Monitor and report on community feedback and sentiment
What we are looking for:
* Experience in community engagement or stakeholder management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion for public service and community development
