We have a wonderful opportunity for an Operations and Admin Assistant who must have Serviced Office experience (with occasional Reception cover) for a small boutique luxury office building in Marylebone to start as soon as possible. Full time office based Mon- Fri with early finish on Fridays. There will be an annual bonus, discretionary based on overall company success. Must have a quick link to Marylebone, the nearest stations are Baker St, Bond St. This role is ideal for someone looking to learn the business and clients and progress to assistant manager. Customer service is the focus here, where your high end clients are warmly greeted and relationships are built. High attention to detail, fresh ideas and a pro active approach are essential. A keen interest in the property industry would be fabulous, the CRM Yardi would be desirable but this is not essential.
