About the role
This position places you at the forefront of our Business Centre, a fast-paced and challenging environment where you'll engage with our vibrant customer base and influence service quality. You will manage a team of over 40 colleagues and serve as Duty Manager periodically.

Responsibilities
* Ensure team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
* Train your team in cash handling to minimize losses.
* Manage debt recovery and overdue payments.
* Maintain accurate payroll records.
* Engage with customers to resolve issues and gather feedback for service improvement.
* Coordinate with other supervisors on order deliveries.
* Manage a customer-focused team at reception and checkout areas.
Minimum Requirements
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and team management skills.
* Excellent communication skills with supervisory or management experience.
* Practical retail experience.
