Archer Resourcing have a great new Assistant Team Manager position available in Dartington.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the hard-working Children with Disabilities team, where you will be providing assistance to support the Team Manager in their daily role and responsibilities. You will be providing high quality care and support to support a child’s journey, to ensure the best interest of the child and their family are met.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assessing the need sand identifying services that will enhance the life of the disabled child and their family
* Identify needs and provide services that minimise the effects of the disability that a child has, in order for them to reach their full potential
* Working in partnership with the child's family to continue to meet the needs of their child
* Attending various panels in order to advocate for young people who require a Residential placement or who require a direct payment to help support their care
Requirements:
* Social Work England registered
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
* Enhanced DBS. Dated within the last 12 months- on the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
* Past experience in a similar role
