Marketing / Brand Manager:
Reporting to the Marketing Director and managing a small team of two within the marketing department, you will be a hands-on manager guiding the team to oversee the company's full marketing mix. Your focus will be on supporting SME customers' marketing and communication efforts related to the company's product portfolio. Responsibilities include managing retention campaigns and brand activities, collaborating with senior leadership to shape strategy, and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with the support of agencies and internal teams.
1. Manage and nurture a small marketing team of 2 executives.
2. Develop and execute campaigns to support SME customers in promoting products.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
4. Create marketing briefs and oversee campaign execution.
5. Maintain customer mailing lists using CRM Salesforce.
6. Plan and execute customer communication schedules, including newsletters, advertising, PR, and mailings.
7. Oversee the company's online presence.
8. Brief creative agencies and external partners.
9. Advise on marketing activities, budgets, and online marketing strategies.
10. Coordinate new product introductions and manage event/exhibition participation.
