Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and coordination of detailed Revit models across complex interior design projects
* Produce comprehensive technical drawing packages ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent
* Translate conceptual designs into technically resolved interior architecture solutions Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery
* Manage and present technical information to clients and stakeholders as required
* Oversee the detailing of bespoke joinery and complex interior elements
* Support project delivery across all RIBA Stages, maintaining programme and quality standards
* Mentor and review the work of junior team members, ensuring consistent technical output
Required Skills and Experience
* Degree in interior architecture, interior design, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical experience
* Proven experience in a Senior Revit Technician role within the interior design or architecture sector
* Advanced proficiency in Revit, including model management and production of detailed technical packagesStrong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and relevant legislation
* Experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA Stages
* Ability to produce specifications, schedules, and detailed joinery packages
* Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultants
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Ability to manage workload independently while supporting wider team delivery
