Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be integral to the academic and personal development of the students. Your support will help them achieve their full potential in a caring and secure environment. Responsibilities include attending to care needs and managing positive behaviour, tailored to each student\'s unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and evaluating learning activities.
* Provide valuable feedback on student progress and achievement.
* Monitor, assess, record, and report on pupils' progress.
* Support positive behaviour and adapt your approach as needed.
* Promote spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development, and uphold British values within the PSHE framework.
* Foster holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, and physical areas.
* Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist in the dynamic SEN environment.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in an SEN role, either employed or voluntary.
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential for student carpooling on a rota basis).
* Recognised Level 2 or higher qualification in Support Work for Teaching and Learning in Schools (desirable).
* GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above (essential).
* Knowledge of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures.
* Experience with pupils with SEN or SEMH/ASD.
* A child-first approach, recognising and responding to each student\'s individuality.
* Creativity and positivity in meeting pupils\' needs.
