Are you a confident, approachable, and friendly person who is passionate about the leisure industry and building relationships with customers? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team.
As a Part Time Motorhome Brand Ambassador, you will be a brand enthusiast for the dealership, staying up-to-date on all new technologies and products as they are released, supporting high-quality and exclusive customer care and service. Working alongside the Aftersales and Sales teams, you will spend your time with customers developing long-lasting, fruitful relationships.
What does the role involve?
1. Helping customers with information and advice to support them through the process of leisure vehicle buying and ownership.
2. Working closely with parts and service to manage ETA of accessories with vehicles being booked into the workshops.
3. Being a brand ambassador by participating in dealership events and representing our brands at various offsite events.
4. Taking part in miscellaneous dealership duties.
Having sales experience, B2C and B2B experience is desired.
What do you need to succeed?
* Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in the Automotive, Machinery, or Retail industry.
* Drive and passion to succeed.
* A true passion for customer care, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
* The ability to absorb information quickly and communicate effectively with peers and customers.
* Confident communication skills to engage and build relationships with customers quickly.
Working hours: Saturday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and either Friday or Monday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Additional hours may be available. The contract is extendable for six months. Students are welcome to apply.
