The ideal individual will be degree qualified and ideally chartered with CIBSE or working towards. You will have experience in leading the delivery of building services design solutions on a range of construction projects. You will possess strong technical ability and good client commination skills. Applicants must also display knowledge in sustainable low carbon design and part L compliance.
