Our FTSE 100 client is looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.
In this key role, you will advise on subsidiary governance and deliver high-quality support across the business, working closely with stakeholders and contributing to strategic governance initiatives and process improvements.
What you will do:
* Enhance governance frameworks, manuals, and processes
* Maintain and improve corporate records within Diligent Entities
* Drive system and data integrity improvements
* Support Group statutory accounts and compliance
* Contribute to wider governance and strategic projects
About you:
* Experience in company secretarial, governance, or legal entity management in a multinational environment
* Strong understanding of subsidiary governance
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
* Familiar with Diligent Entities (or similar systems)
* Organised, collaborative and solutions-focused
