Johnsons Cars are one of the UK’s leading independent Franchise Dealership Networks, with 53 multi-award-winning Dealerships across the UK. Established in 1999, we have grown rapidly to represent a variety of global car manufacturers with 15 marques in total, including Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat, Hyundai, Ford, Honda, Suzuki, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Mazda.
Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a Service Manager/ Aftersales Manager at our Seat Dealership in Preston.
£34,000 basic salary with a £12,000 bonus on top.

Role And Responsibilities
* Accountable for all workshop, service, and the parts department staff, you will manage, coach, and develop the team to reach their full potential and performance.
* Planning, forecasting, and delivering sales targets.
* Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency.
* Be responsible for your own budget, you will relish the opportunity to drive the business forward.
* Working closely with other the head of business and department managers to drive the overall business performance
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Previous experience working as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager.
* Have the drive to push the department forward; working to achieve agreed KPI’s and brand standards.
* Able to demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Strong management and leadership skills, winning mentality, and a real passion for the brand.
* Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is necessary for this role.
