Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their busy commercial team. This role will provide essential support to the sales function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping drive overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
* Manage and maintain customer records, sales data, and documentation.
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports as required.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
* Support the onboarding of new clients and handle general sales enquiries.
* Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining diaries, and supporting event logistics when needed.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams and with clients.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
