What does a Graduate Project Manager do at Grayce?
You’ll be placed on-site with one of our clients, working as part of their project delivery teams. Your role will focus on:
* Supporting project delivery from planning through to execution and evaluation.
* Managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
* Monitoring and reporting project progress to senior managers.
* Helping to define scope, break down tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Finding smart solutions to blockers and bottlenecks.
* Learning and applying industry tools such as Critical Path Analysis, Resource Planning, and Agile or Waterfall methodology.
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds the project together. A key contact who keeps everything on track, ensures everyone’s aligned and communicates progress clearly to all stakeholders.

* A 2:1 or above in any undergraduate degree.
* A passion for planning, problem-solving and people.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
* Strong organisation and time management.
* Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
* Adaptability and a growth mindset – you love learning and developing new skills.
* The right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
