Our client, a top 10 global sovereign wealth fund is seeking a Human Capital professional to support recruitment, workforce planning, and internal mobility initiatives. This role is well-suited to someone who can balance organizational priorities with a strong commitment to delivering a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities:
* Lead internal recruitment and selection activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality hires
* Drive workforce planning processes, balancing business needs and workforce budgets
* Manage end-to-end apprentice and talent program recruitment and deployment
* Support internal transfers and promotions, safeguarding a positive candidate journey
* Leverage data and recruitment tools to improve processes and deliver insights
* Partner with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR designation preferred)
* 15+ years’ experience in Human Capital / Talent Acquisition
* Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
* Expertise in workforce planning, recruitment processes, and HR data analysis
* Experience in driving nationalization or localization programs is a plus
