Job Description:

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while developing essential skills in business administration. The successful candidate will support various administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities

* Provide clerical support, including filing, typing, and organising documents
* Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, addressing enquiries and directing calls as necessary
* Support the team in administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.
* Maintain and update digital records
* Help track and count inventory, such as PPE, office supplies, and care equipment
* Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are upheld at all times
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new care staff

Experience

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Previous experience in an administrative role or similar environment is beneficial
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.

* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* GCSEs in English and Maths (A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
