Salary c.£25K – £30K DOE
On behalf of our client, a leading international fashion business. McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team.
The post holder will provide support to all staff and co-workers and be responsible for maintaining records, processing data, importing and exporting data from spreadsheets, dealing with key stakeholders including suppliers/customers and completing ad hoc administrative/marketing work.
This will be a hands-on role in this growing business.
Essential eligibility criteria:
1. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration OR 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (A-C Grades).
2. At least 6 months’ experience working in an administration office setting.
3. Computer literate – including strong working knowledge of MS Office package with particular experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work on own initiative.
6. Ability to manage deadlines and workload.
7. Keen eye for detail.
