You will be part of our Estates Operations Facilities, the largest division within the University. This recognised how our exceptional teamwork made real positive change for our students, staff, and the campus environment. This role will be a member of our Facilities Maintenance team which currently has 41 members.

Salary: £26,707 to £30,378 plus market supplement to a maximum of £33,487.
Working hours: Monday-Wednesday 0800 –1630; Thursday 0800 – 1600; Friday 0800 – 1300 plus weekend rota and rota for call out duties
What you’ll be doing
We are looking for electricians to provide routine planned and reactive maintenance duties across all our campus operations. You could be working in:
11. student residences
12. technical laboratories
13. the library
14. the sports centre
15. offices
16. catering facilities, or
17. at indoor or outdoor events.
We’re looking for candidates who can service, test, diagnose faults and undertake repairs on a variety of equipment from lights and fire alarms to air conditioning systems and heating and boiler plant controls
About you
