What You’ll Do:
* Be the go-to contact for clients, learners, tutors, and awarding bodies
* Manage course documentation, reports, and project timelines
* Keep internal systems accurate and compliant with regulatory standards
* Prepare polished reports and assist with invoicing and cost control
* Support recruitment and onboarding of new tutors
* Spot opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven administration skills with sharp attention to detail
* Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise and work independently to deadlines
* Confident IT skills, especially in Excel
* Full UK driving licence (some travel required)
