5 days: 6am-2pm, 5 days: 10pm-6am (nights -shifts start Sunday) 5 days: 2pm-10pm and the rotation starts again Permanent position

Due to continued expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our Petcare brand at Castle Cary as a Packing Operator.
Job purpose
Efficiently run packing machines in the factory to meet the production plan. The packing operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packing hall.
What are we looking for?
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues. Ability to accurately update data via computerised systems Excellent attention to detail Driver's license is essential Experience in a factory environment desirable
What would be your key responsibilities?
Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and raise any identified issues Support peers in achieving highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards throughout the packing hall Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard Actively participate in operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance
