Overview
Working within the Centre of Expertise (CoE) for Media, the Media Manager is responsible for ensuring we deliver best‑in‑class paid‑for advertising campaigns for TK Maxx & Homesense. Reporting to the Manager of Media, the role supports media planning and collaboration across agency, CoE’s and market teams in activating media campaigns across Europe. The role is an exciting and varied management position, ensuring that TJX advertising reaches the right people in the right place at the right time to grow awareness, sales and build a positive brand reputation.
Responsibilities
Support media planning and collaboration across agency, CoE’s and market teams; activate media campaigns across Europe; contribute to media strategy; manage media budgets; track campaign performance; build relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Genuine passion for media, advertising, and the TJX brand. You are culturally curious and interested in retail, fashion, and entertainment.
* Experience end‑to‑end media campaign planning; partnership experience a plus.
* Comfortable taking initiative on tasks while being a supportive and reliable team player.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to build relationships, influence, and articulate information clearly to different stakeholders.
* Comfortable working with data and natural ability to identify and solve problems.
