Job Description
As Civil Work Superintendent, you will report to the Construction site manager. You will be part of the Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage). You will lead 1-2 civil supervisor and collaborators and ensure that subcontractors achieve the working tasks in accordance with the deadlines and QHSE procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
2. Monitor the works performed, subcontracted or in direct hiring to reach the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements
3. Set-up time schedule adhering to the time frame allocated to the project and coordinate human and technical resources
4. Arrange for the correct and cost-effective performance of civil construction works, in accordance with the established operating programs, coordinating and controlling the activities performed with the supervisors under your scope
5. Build reports with information regarding the progress of the work indicating any cause of deviation and propose solutions and/or request instructions
6. Control production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity to ensure proper discipline workflow, interfacing with all the project organization
