Job Description
Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, lives by our values of Community, Courage, and Heart and we’re looking for like-minded people to join our growing Complex Care team in Birmingham. We’re looking for a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support a young girl with Rett Syndrome in her family home. She loves school, playing outdoors, and trips to the park. The home also includes friendly pets — from dogs to a bearded dragon — so you’ll need to be comfortable working around animals.
What You’ll Do
* Provide high-quality overnight care.
* Support with daily needs and comfort.
* Deliver safe and effective clinical care.
* Work as part of a compassionate, person-centred team.
What You Must Have
* PEG feeding experience.
* Suctioning experience.
* Medication administration.
* Bowel and bladder washouts.
* Moving & handling skills.
* Confidence working in a home with pets.
* A positive, enthusiastic approach to care.
Qualifications
* Experience in PEG feeding, suctioning, medication administration, and moving & handling.
* Happy to work in a home where there are pets.
* Enthusiastic and positive person to help our client with day-to-day needs.
Guaranteed Clinical Training
Includes tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and more, with full support from our clinical team.
