Project Manager Our client are a specialist Refurbishment and Fit Out Main Contractor who deliver projects ranging from £1.5 - £15M and an annual Turn Over of circa £50M They are looking to recruit a permanent Project Manager to manage life cycle of projects in the Thames Valley area, occasionally required to go into London. A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A Project Managers key responsibilities include: Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Managing the contract side of the project from Tender Handover through to completion Developing and maintaining project programmes and resource plans. Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success. Manage Risk control. Leading project meetings and providing regular updates and reports to clients and their teams. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Contributing to business development through client relationship management. Provide experienced and effective leadership to each member of the project. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. A commitment to continuous professional development. Lead team meetings to engage, motivate, and improve performance. Report aspects of the project to Clients, Contracts Managers, Head of Operations, Directors, and any other relevant stakeholders. Liaise with Technical Services Team to ensure the delivery of Design and Drawings capture any additional cost, programme delay, or external influence that may affect project delivery. Promote and drive health and safety. Cost control, while liaising with project Quantity Surveyor to produce monthly reports. Build and maintain relationships with clients, while promoting and demonstrating the companies values. Quality control and Handover documentation. The successful applicant must have experience managing internal fit outs, can be from any sector, apart from Residential Remuneration to be discussed on application
