We're looking for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner who's ready to make a real difference, someone who sees beyond the paint-splattered aprons and muddy boots, and knows that every moment is a chance to inspire, teach, and nurture.
What you'll do:
* Create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow.
* Plan exciting activities that bring learning to life.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
* Support little ones to develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
What we're looking for:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
* A big smile, a positive attitude, and a passion for early education.
* A team player who's not afraid of glitter, storytelling, or the occasional dinosaur roar.
