Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Part II Architectural Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a mix of residential and commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience across all RIBA stages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting senior architects and designers with project development and technical delivery
* Assisting in both concept and detailed design stages
* Producing architectural drawings and 3D visualisations using AutoCAD (essential) and Revit (desirable)
* Conducting research, site analysis, and surveys
* Supporting client presentations and coordinating with consultants and contractors
* Collaborating with project teams and contributing to design development
Requirements:
* Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture (ARB-accredited)
* Experience working in both Part I and Part II capacities
* Previous exposure to both residential and commercial projects (preferred)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); Revit experience (desirable)
* A full UK driving licence (essential)
* A strong passion for architecture and a creative design mindset
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
