Contract: November 2025 July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: Minimum £444 per week (PAYE)

This Academic Mentor role in Hounslow is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help pupils reach their full potential in the classroom. As an Academic Mentor, youll provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need an extra boost in core subjects. The Academic Mentor will work closely with teachers to reinforce lesson content, encourage good study habits, and help pupils stay motivated and focused.
In this Academic Mentor position, youll gain experience in lesson support, targeted intervention, and pupil mentoringperfect preparation for those considering teaching, tutoring, or educational psychology. The Academic Mentor role will suit a graduate whos positive, reliable, and enjoys seeing pupils progress.
The Role:
* Support pupils with literacy, numeracy, and study skills
