This role will liaise directly with international customers, managing all interactions and orders, providing a world class service at all times
Job Description
* Provide a world class level of service to customer during all interactions
* Provide customers with pricing and quotations based on their specific requirements
* Manage customer orders from order processing through to fulfilment, making aware of any potential changes throughout
* Liaise with production to understand stock levels and lead times
* Provide customers with responses within pre agreed service levels
* Liaise with internal stakeholders across the UK and Internationally
* Build and maintain relationships with key B2B Customers
* Undertake ad-hoc admin requirements based on customer needs
The Successful Applicant
* Experience managing b2b customers
* Excellent level of customer service
* Strong team player
* Problem solving skills
* Ability to prioritise in a time sensitive environment

The business working hours are 07-00 to 3-30 Monday to Friday
Salary of offer between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
