Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work full time and learn new skills, with the potential to progress to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembling small components for a manufacturing company in Winchester
* Ensuring all assembly tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining high standards of work within a fast-paced manufacturing facility
* Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
* Following all safety and quality protocols
Job Requirements:
* Experience in assembly or production
* Ability to work confidently under pressure
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in manual dexterity tasks
