The Facilities team here at East Coast College are looking for a strong administrator to take ownership of Health & Safety compliance.
Broadening our student aspirations is something we’re passionate about at East Coast College, and offering trips to encourage independence and reinforce students’ classroom delivery is a great way to do this.
As a Trip Administrator, you will work with managers and trip organisers to ensure that Risk Assessments are completed in both a timely and effective manner, and that necessary provisions and considerations are in place. Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and coordinate will help to guide, answer queries, and ensure that students and staff are safe.
Key needs from you and the role;
* Compliance – Health & Safety, College expectations
* Collaboration – Managers, Trip organisers, Senior management
* Organisation – Compliance collation, recording trips, training
* Qualifications - L2 or equivalent Maths and English, IOSH Managing Safely (or willing to work towards)
