We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sewing Machinist to join a well-established British manufacturing company.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Operating industrial sewing machines to a high standard
2. Producing quality finished products in line with specifications
3. Working with a variety of materials and fabrics
4. Maintaining consistent output while meeting production deadlines
5. Ensuring all work meets strict quality control standards
6. Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and safe
7. Collaborating effectively within the production team
What We’re Looking For:
8. Proven experience as a Sewing Machinist
9. Strong experience with industrial sewing machinery
10. High level of reliability and excellent timekeeping
11. Confident in your ability and quality of work (key requirement)
12. Committed, hardworking, and team-focused
13. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
14. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Desirable Experience:
15. Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
16. Experience working with multiple materials or product types
17. Understanding of production targets and workflow processes
What’s on Offer:
18. Competitive starting rate of £13.50 per hour (negotiable)
19. Full-time, Monday to Friday – no weekend work
20. Annual salary between £28,000 – £30,000
