The Role
As the Sales Administrator, you will be vital to the client's sales operations, by managing inbound and outbound calls, processing sales orders and maintaining customer returns.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Professionally handling inbound and outbound calls
* Providing administrative support to internal and external sales teams
* Raising and maintaining customer returns diligently
* Assisting in the process of sales orders
* Raising purchase orders accurately
* Liaising with suppliers
