An established international logistics organisation is seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Associate to join a high-performing customs and freight team in Solihull. The Role
As a Customs Brokerage Associate, you will play a key role in managing import and export customs processes, ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering outstanding service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customs entries and clearance processes from start to finish
* Interpreting and applying import/export legislation and regulations
* Liaising with customers, freight teams and external authorities
* Identifying opportunities to support client growth and operational efficiency
* Delivering accurate, timely and compliant customs documentation
