Women's Health / Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

£30,000 – £50,000 per year (dependent on experience + bonus structure)
Full-time / Part-time / Permanent

TOP Physiotherapy is a young, award-winning, family-run clinic with an outstanding reputation in Olney and the surrounding villages. Established in 2021, our growth has been driven by exceptional clinical standards, genuine patient relationships and an ambitious vision for the future.

We are now looking for a Women's Health / Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to help us expand and develop this specialist service within our thriving MSK practice.

An experienced MSK physio with a strong interest in transitioning into women's health

The Role

You will:
Assess and treat women's pelvic health conditions including (but not limited to):
Pre & post-natal conditions
Pelvic floor dysfunction
Urinary incontinence
Pelvic pain
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Manage an independent caseload of predominantly self-paying patients
Deliver evidence-based, hands-on physiotherapy
Build strong referral relationships locally
Contribute to service development and clinic growth

There is also opportunity to retain an MSK caseload alongside pelvic health, depending on your interests and experience.

Essential Criteria

BSc Physiotherapy
HCPC & CSP registered
Ability to manage an independent caseload
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and clinical reasoning skills
Evidence of interest or experience in Women's Health / Pelvic Health
UK working visa

Desirable Criteria

Postgraduate training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
MSc modules (Women's Health or MSK)
Experience with internal pelvic assessment
Acupuncture / Dry Needling qualification
