Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and have hands-on experience with Sage 200c? We’re looking for a Sage Support Consultant to join our clients dynamic support team, providing first-line assistance to clients across a range of Sage products and third-party add-ons.
Salary: Up to 40k
What youll be doing:
* Responding to and resolving support queries via phone, email, and remote access.
* Managing and prioritising support tickets to meet SLAs.
* Investigating data issues and producing reports.
* Staying up to date with the latest software updates and patches.
* Collaborating with internal teams to identify training and technology improvement opportunities.
* Promoting best practices and continuous improvement across the department.
What youll bring:
* Essential: Experience with Sage 200c and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
* Preferred: Sage 200 accreditation and formal accounting qualifications.
* Familiarity with add-ons such as Eque2 Construct, Draycir Spindle, Credit Hound, Sicon, and Eureka.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote access technologies.
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Experience in a support environment resolving customer tickets.
