We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
* 1x fixed‑term post for 12 months, 20 hours per week.
* Shift pattern: Wednesday to Friday.
* Salary is pro rata for part‑time posts.
The post forms part of the business support team and provides reception/clerical/administrative support to the primary/community care service team as required. Working flexibly within agreed procedures and protocols, the role may involve one or more office bases within the North East Sector. Key duties include:
* Reception duties.
* Data input and record management.
* General typing.
* Frequent contact with patients, members of the public and staff.
* Co‑ordination with records officers across NHSGGC and other board areas.
* Support for generic functions and duties within the wider Business Team section as required.
