What You'll Do:
* Perform sophisticated NDT processes using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques
* Work across diverse materials from carbon-fibre composites to high-performance metals
* Split your time between our advanced factory facilities and the excitement of trackside operations
* Make critical quality decisions that directly impact race performance
* Collaborate with engineers and designers to continuously improve processes
* Maintain equipment calibration and create detailed technical reports
What We're Looking For:
* Proven NDT experience with composite and metal components
* Current PCN qualifications
* Strong analytical skills with the confidence to make independent quality assessments
* Excellent attention to detail and technical communication abilities
