Your new companyA highly respected specialist in their field who are looking to expand their Payroll department with the appointment of a Payroll Administrator.Your new roleWorking as part of a team, you will assist with the end to end payroll calculations across a number of different payrolls. Key responsibilities will include:-
* Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls in a timely and accurate manner
* Undertake manual calculations of SSP, SMP, SPP
* Finalise the payroll and issue remaining reports and online payslips
* Upload pension details for auto-enrolment
* Manage the payroll data inbox daily
* Produce year end reports and issue P60s
* Run various reports from the payroll system
* Assist managers in sending quotes for cyclical re-enrolment
What you'll need to succeedIdeally, you will have worked in a high-volume, multiple-payroll environment where you have managed all aspects of the payroll through to the net pay calculation.You will be used to handling and resolving payroll queries and will be able to demonstrate your ability to problem solve.
